When You Can’t Sleep, Try This Instead

Some nights, sleep doesn’t come. That’s okay. Instead of fighting it, lean into rest in another way. Sit up gently. Rub a calming oil into your palms and breathe in its scent with quiet intention. Write down a calming thought or a small memory that brings peace. Even if your mind won’t fully let go, your body can still find a place to soften. Sleep will come. In the meantime, rest is enough.
